Privacy notice

This notice explains what Visa Cart collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who sees it and how to ask us to delete it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Visa Cart is a private immigration consultancy at B-336/1, Street No-3, Slope-2, Sonia Vihar, Delhi 110094, India. We are the data fiduciary for the information described here. You can reach us at support@thevisacart.com or +91 92195 42990.
We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any embassy or high commission.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the evaluation form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name, phone number and, if you provide one, your email address
- Your immigration goal and target country
- Profile details: age band, highest qualification, years of work experience, trade or field, and language-test status
- Your intended timeline and the budget band you select
- Whether you consented to be contacted
If you go on to become a client, we will separately collect the documents that a visa application requires. That is covered by the engagement terms we give you at the time, not by this notice.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, recorded with the form submission for abuse prevention and rate limiting
- The page you landed on, the site you arrived from, and any campaign parameters in the link you clicked
- Standard web-server logs kept by our hosting provider
Advertising and measurement cookies
Some pages of this site — in particular our advertising landing pages — load the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, including the pages you view, whether you submitted the evaluation form, and identifiers such as your IP address and browser user agent.
We use it for two things: to measure whether our advertising works, and to show our ads to people whose profile resembles those of people we have already helped. We do not use it to send Meta the answers you typed into the form.
Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms. You can review and change what Meta does with it in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, and you can block the pixel entirely with any standard ad-blocking or tracking-protection setting in your browser. The evaluation form works normally with the pixel blocked.
This website sets no advertising cookies of its own, and we do not run third-party advertising on it.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer you. Your form answers exist so a consultant can assess your case and contact you about it. You asked us to, and you ticked a box saying so.
- To prioritise. We score submissions automatically to decide which enquiries a consultant opens first. The score is an internal triage aid. No eligibility decision, and no decision that affects you, is made by that score alone — a person reviews every case.
- To protect the form. IP addresses and timestamps let us rate-limit and block automated abuse. This is our legitimate interest in keeping the service usable.
- To measure advertising. Described above, with your consent where consent is required in your jurisdiction.
Who sees your information
Your enquiry is delivered to Visa Cart consultants by email and stored on our hosting account. Beyond that:
- We do not sell your data. Not to lead brokers, not to other consultancies, not to coaching institutes, not to anyone.
- We do not share it with other agencies for their own marketing.
- Our web host and email provider process it on our behalf in order to run the service.
- Meta receives the advertising-measurement data described above, not your form answers.
- If you become a client, we share only what an application requires, with the relevant embassy, immigration authority, employer, institution or attestation service — and only after telling you.
- We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up the thread if you come back to us, and then deleted. Client files are kept for as long as the relevant authority may need them to be produced, and in line with Indian record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time — reply STOP to any message, or email us.
Email support@thevisacart.com with the reference number from your submission and we will action it within 30 days.
One thing worth saying plainly. No consultancy can guarantee a visa, and anyone who asks you to pay for a guaranteed outcome is not doing you a favour. If a message claiming to come from Visa Cart asks you to transfer money to a personal account, it is not from us. Call the office number on this page and check.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it. If a minor is the applicant, the enquiry should come from a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this notice we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
